No return email address to respond to!

I've installed and used the contact form with captcha on my website. I've gotten -- the problem that I have is that when I get an email contact, I am not given the email address of the person who contacted me, just their ip address. I know literally nothing about php but having a contact form where someone asks a question and I have no ability to determine who the email is from is not of much use.
How do I change this?

Hello Kim, don't you have the sender email in the "from" field.
If you click "reply", doesn't it send it back to the sender?

I am thinking maybe you expect to see sender email inside the message but that is not required.
